Headway is a website utilized by Forward Together Counseling for scheduling, billing, and record retention purposes, as well as for virtual sessions. With Headway, insurance billing is handled directly, allowing your insurance to be billed while co-payments can be conveniently charged to your bank account or credit card. Additionally, Headway offers various therapy payment options, including sliding scale therapy, to accommodate different financial situations.

Insurances currently accepted for therapy billing include Aetna, AmeriHealth NJ, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, and Quest Behavioral Health. For a complete list of therapy payment options, please visit my Headway profile. Additionally, a sliding scale therapy option is also available for private pay.

To minimize financial barriers to therapy, I offer a number of sliding scale therapy sessions each month. The cost for these sessions is determined based on your current income and expenses, making therapy payment options more accessible. Please inquire directly about these limited slots, as they fill up quickly.
